Desert Hot Springs takes center stage this September as Doors Open California unlocks hidden historic treasures statewide. For just $20, guests get behind-the-scenes access to more than 70 rarely seen sites across four weekends.

Local pride shines with two featured landmarks: Cabot’s Pueblo Museum, a handmade, Hopi-inspired desert masterpiece of 35 rooms and 65 doors, and the Historic Rock House, a 1946 landmark now home to the city’s Historical Society and archives.
